My name is Eugene — I’m a Christian, a founder, a husband, and a proud father of three amazing boys. Together with my wife Tanya, we’ve walked every step of this journey — believing, building, dreaming. We live in Warsaw, Poland, and this is where our dream begins.Over the years, I’ve built businesses and opened company branches.
But today, I’m creating something that truly reflects who we are and what we believe in.PINNKI isn’t just another café or family restaurant. It’s a global idea — a warm, joyful, fast-paced place anyone can open, anywhere.
A unique menu. High-quality ingredients. And truly affordable prices. And the kind of service people long for: love, respect, and real care.

THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD!

This is the food of the future.
Made by the people, for the people.
One day, we were walking with our family through Warsaw, Poland. Everyone was tired and hungry. When it came time to choose where to eat — none of us, except our youngest, wanted McDonald's, KFC, or pizza. At that moment, we realized: we were tired of fast food.Sure, it's great those places exist. But we wanted something different. We thought about going to a regular restaurant — but there’s the long wait, and for a family of five, the price adds up fast.Then my kids said, “Dad, how awesome would it be if there was a PINNKI cafe right here?”Why PINNKI? Because there, you could quickly choose freshly steamed rice (two types), add one of two meats (chicken or beef), pick from six amazing sauces (like creamy mushroom or hearty meat), toss in a salad — and just 3 minutes later, you’re holding a delicious hot box in your hand.Craving something sweet with your coffee? Grab a cream ball with a caramel filling, or a donut with strawberry inside. It’s high-quality, it’s tasty, it’s affordable, it’s fast.That’s it — the unique kind of cafe we’ve been missing. And that’s what we’re building with PINNKI.

A few words about how our cafés will look and where they will be opened.
The main colors will be: pink, turquoise, and black. Inside, you’ll find greenery, wood, metal, and bright LED lighting.We’ll primarily focus on shopping malls, placing our cafés in food court areas — these are high-traffic locations that don’t require expensive renovations.We also plan to open many small takeaway cafés — that’s part of our vision.In the future, we may introduce flagship locations with seating areas and even PINNKI DRIVE cafés for drive-thru service, which would require a standalone building — but more on that later.We’re building a space where everyone feels comfortable, where the food is delicious, and the experience is always affordable.

Where We’re Starting

Poland → Europe → The World 🌍Of course, each of you would love to see a PINNKI café in your own city — as a result of your investment and support. And that will happen!
But everything starts small. We're beginning in a beautiful country — Poland. There, we’ll quickly refine our processes, build a solid logistics system, and then the franchise will begin spreading across Europe — and eventually reach the U.S., Canada, and beyond.
